favicon.com disabled their online favicon applet. Any other online tools? Too lazy to download that icon forge thingy

http://www.goldshell.com offers a free favicon creation tool called GoldIcon, very easy to use.

I've been looking all over for something that will allow me to generate Windows .ico files on my Mac since favicon.com ditched their java applet. :( So far, all I've come up with is a $70 PhotoShop plug-in... but for the $$, I'd be able to generate old Mac, OSX, old Windows & WinXP icons, so it may be worth looking into anyhow.
Any better ideas for Mac users?

Does anyone know of an online icon editor? Not a downloadable program.
Thanks, Richard Lowe

That goldicon program is really cool, don't have to depend on applet ups and downs and it is really quite small to download and install.
