I was looking into getting some filters for work. Wanted to know if there was some must haves.

I will probably get Eye candy. I have to work on a pc at work but have eye candy on my mac at home.

I do alot of web site layout and design for intranets (no holds barred graphics! a graphic artist dream.)

any suggestions?

Give a look through at Flaming Pear's filters... They don't sell a giganto effects bundle like Eye Candy, but some of their individual filters are very impressive.

Box Top Software has some good plug-in compression type utilities as well...

Eyecandy is more for text effects, while Blade Pro is for nice surfaces, but you can also use if for text :)

Rayflect has some really cool plug-ins, although i think theyre owned by Ulead now. Look up 4 Seasons (makes nice perspective backrounds, skys, waters), Gif-X, and i think the other is called Particle-X ??

Andromedia is big on plugins too...

Oh yesh, KPT Tools (6 is the latest?) has very nice interface and coolio effects!

KPT should come with photoshop. I do have 5 at work. They have made such under rated software. I am suprized adobe hasn't bought them.
