I am trying to make all the photos for my website appear as the same size but cant seem to be able to do it.
Can anyone help?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld. FYI, URL's are not allowed, a mod will remove it shortly...
To answer your question, you have to make sure that all of the aspect ratios (Height vs Width) are the same. If they are not, what I do is create a template image and then import each of the pictures you want into seperate layers. You will of course have to move the pictures around in the layers to get what you want to be visible and some of the images may be clipped on either the top or the bottom.
If you try and "stretch" in image to fit the template it will look awkward if not terrible.
