I have a .psd file that contains around 50 icons (it's the buttons for phpBB subBlue template). Is there a way that I can do a global change to edit the colour of all 50 icons or do I have to do each one individually?

In Photoshop, not Imageready, first create an Action for what you want to do on one of the images.
