how do I get quicktime videos into dreamweaver

I'd appreciate your expertise. I'm using dreamweaver mx. I want to click from a thumbnail image to a quicktime movie with the bar at the bottom and option to pause it. How do I do this using only dreamweaver? Must I use flash too?

You don't need Flash, just a quicktime file. Check out this tut on Apple's site [apple.com...]
