Trying to find the most cost-effective solution for this...

I've seen many solutions like Webex, GoToMeeting, Breeze, etc., but those are far too expensive. I need to hold 8 online web conferences, each of which will have 200 people on it, all of whom will be viewing a powerpoint presentation of mine. I already have a low-cost teleconferencing solution, so now just need to find the web conference part. One avenue is to use an all-you-can-eat, unlimited solution like presenternet.com, but looking for more choices and hoping someone can help me out. This is my first time trying to do this, and don't know much about it. I am up to using any technology that works, so long as my costs are minimized.

Also, I suppose if it's easy to do, I could look into a solution whereby I actually install software on MY server to stream the presentation. But my goal is to have some service-based solution handle this...but one that's affordable.

I would code you presentation in CSS/xhtml/Javascript - pretty easy to get it done. You could also combine it with slides download section.

Once you have a template built you could actually ditch PowerPoint altogether - running slide shows direct from the browser for either on or offline presentations.

I have heard of a Flash presentation template that allows this kind of mixed medium use - but I think It would require a fair bit of knowledge to edit.
