Nissan ad [askjeeves.com]
I like the style of this type of ad (moves around the screen), although I wish the Ultimate TV ad ended in a less intrusive spot.
I do like the little moving ads as well, but ONLY IF the DON'T have sound! Nothing bugs me more than a website that suddenly starts making noise at me. ;)
