Fireworks Pop up menu not working in Firefox

I created a Pop Up menu in Fireworks. I then exported it to a template page in Dreamweaver. All the links work fine. If I display the page using IE, when I drag my mouse over the menu, I get the little hand with the finger indicating an active link. If I use Firefox, I just get a line for the cursor. I can still click on the link and get taken to that page, but what am I missing. Is it a problem with Firefox? or do I need to load something different for Firefox to view the Pop Up menu correctly.

Inappropriate post?
If so, Red Flag it!

Hi Z_Man

Welcome to WebmasterWorld

The Javascript generated by FW is a little shoddy - you'd need to enhance the onmouseover command to specify the type of cursor.

I have seen this a lot with menu scripts (I browse with FF). It's not all bad - the links still work when clicked - only you have less aesthetics and I suppose less experienced users might get confused. For the most part I'd guess that FF users are probably used to code written explicitly for IE - par for the course that sites don't render properly.
