Hi,

I would like some help with changing the color of a gif. This gif is my header.

Also, the text surrounding the gif looks a bit blurry. If it would be changed to just a smooth, solid color that would be great.

I don't know photoshop and would like some assistance.

Thank you very much

Without a little more info, its pretty hard to tell you what steps you need to take.

You could try adding another layer above the header, and filling that with a colour and changing the blending mode to 'color'. Alternatively you could try using the 'variations' under image > adjustments. But im just guessing really..:(

For the text it will be pretty difficult to clean it up successfully without the original file. You may have to start over...

Here's another tip...

Never actually work in indexed color mode, always change to RGB color to make corrections, there are many reasons for this such as more colors to initially work with, the ability to experiment with layers effects on colors...

Text can almost never be made to look less blurry, the best thing to do is find out what typeface was originally used and retype it all....

When you have completed your changes, switch back to indexed color and use the Save For Web command in the File menu.
