Its been a long loooong time since i had to do any real vector illustration (outside of Flash) and im a little stumped trying to a simple thing in FH MX.

I just want to take a rectangle and repeat it around in arc, ends out.

I could copy-paste-rotate-nudge-repeat, but surely there must be a better way?

Cheers

Unfortunately you might be cluctching at straws. I have never seen a function like this in FH. The clone and duplicate tools might get you halfway there to mimic a step and repeat. then you could apply a rotate on ever decreasing groups of objects? It's a hack.

Yeah I tried messing with the rotate option, but could never get the centre point right for each next step.

In the end, due to time constraints, i decided the logo i was working on didnt need that bit ;)

When in doubt, draw your vector shape in another program (like one you are familliar with, I love AI) then copy and paste into flash.

Also in adobe illustrator you can instruct a shape to step and repeat...
