Playing MP3's on dialup

Can anyone recommend a way to play MP3 samples that will sound good to dialup users. I bought and downloaded a flash button a few weeks ago and when tested it it sounded good. But then I went to my inlaws and its all choppy. I have seen a few sites that offer an alternative two options one for dsl and one for dial up. Any one have any suggestions

Hi Pat,

I'd say it was more the actual sound card/speakers that your inlaws have.

if not that, check the kbps of your audio files. anything under 128kbps sounds awful! I've seen some web sites that bring it down to 56kbps (again sounds terrible)
