Color not changing correctly

Desired color change is not beig saved

I am using ImageReady 7 for editing an animated gif, trying to change a blue border into a green border. It looks great while editing, but after the image is saved, when I open it to check it, it is a weird yellow-green color. Even before it gets saved, when I preview it Optimized the green border is actually that sickly yellow-green color.

Any ideas why this is happening? I've been replacing colors in other parts of the same image with no problem. Why would the border give me trouble?

When you view optimised, try changing the color reduction method in the optimise pallette.

It will say selective, adaptive, perceptual, or web.

Try changing it to one of the other options (maybe not web though)

You could also try increasing the number of colours up, then removing them one by one to give you the smallest acceptable color table to work with.
