I have a question i saved a image from a site and i was wondering how do you delete text from the image that you saved. The picture that I saved is a wrestling image it has a gold circle logo or icon that covers a part of person how do you delete it so you can see the covered part casue it covers part of the person i want to delete it so i can see the rewst of him. I also saved another picture that has a person on it but it is partially covered by a tonight logo and tag team championship log how do you delete them so you can see what is covered. bascillay how do you dlete logos and text from graphics.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld tripleh4
There are a few techniques with Photoshop that can produce a good result. You do realise that there are no layers in a flat image, there is nothing beneath a part of it except a hole ;) However, you can clone a small piece of it next to the intruding part, and stamp that little bit over the bit you want to remove. You are essentially painting that bit back in so it looks like the original.

what i mean is this it is a picture and it has two wrestling people on it it shows there whole body. But there is a logo that is covering part of the body. How do you delete the logo so you can see the rest of the body.

You can't? It's only 2 dimensional.

No you can't, not in the way that you mean. You can paint on top of them, to give the illusion of deleting elements of it (like I said earlier); like if the logo was on a black background, you could paint it black to mask it.

It's not hard to understand what you want to do, but it's not possible as it just doesn't work like that. If you had a photograph in your hand of someone standing behind a road sign, there is no possible way of seeing the bit of them that's obscured. If you tried with a pair of scissors you'd only create a hole... You could paint the road sign out though, and disguise it a bit and that just about all you can do with an image like yours. If you were creating the image yourself, you would have a file with layers for text etc, and then you could delete what you wanted, but not with a rendered image.
