Need hep with Quark

Hi and happy holidays.

Here's the dilemma. I'm placing an ad in our local paper and the ad has to be sent either in quark or .eps format. I don't know either one, but i have the file here.

Could anyone help me please?

Is it you are trying to convert from what you have to Q or EPS? What kind of file do have now?
