I need to produce a cd-rom?

I have this interview tomorrow for University of Oregon. Here is what I have to do:

"Given that the majority of this position is for Web development, we are asking applicants to bring a portfolio of their work in self contained CD ROM format (not requiring Web access). If work examples are difficult to produce, the portfolio need not necessarily be work examples. Feel free to represent your Web skills as you see fit on the CD."

All my sites are in PHP or ASP and don't work locally on a CD-ROM. What should I do? I guess I can make screenshots of my sites or change some of it to .html.

Anyone out there that has made a CD-ROM have any clever ideas on how to impliment this?

I would take screen shots of some of your work. Then use macromedia director (if you have it) to make it interactive. That way it'll still look exactly like you're browing your webpages, just without internet access.
