I would like to save an image (which is mostly text) and then edit the words. Can this be done with SnagIt? If not, what's the best way to do it?

Bubzeebub, if you are referring to a standard GIF or JPG image, you can't edit the text without having the master (created in PhotoShop, for example).

If the text background is a fairly solid color, you can place the image in a graphics program, add the color over the old text, then add your new text.

I could even just save the image (which has text) and then insert this image file in Word. I tried that but when I try to print a page, the image doesn't show. How come?

You really need a image editing program to do what you like. You can't do it with word, which is a rich text editor. Photoshop, Corel Paint, etc.
