Can anyone tell me what the "Big Sound" font is in this image? I don't have the original files and I need to do some updates to the site.

Have you tried What the Font at MyFonts? It works pretty well. You can upload a sample and do a search.

There are other tools for font determination that you can locate with a bit of Googling. One, whose name escapes me now, asks a series of questions with illustrations, like, "Does the 'a' look like 1, 2, 3, or 4?" After you work through a flow chart, they present you with a likely candidate for your font.
