The combination of IE 6 + RealPlayer 10 has a problem playing certain M3U files. Actually, as far as I can tell it affects all combinations of IE + Real, but I know for certain that IE6/Real10 illustrates the problem consistently. A site that shows the problem in action is given in my profile (due to the restrictions against posting URLs in the forum).

Every other OS/browser/player combination tested plays the files without any problems, but IE/Real is dead almost all the time. Oddly enough, once in a blue moon Real Player plays the files, but it's pretty rare and appears to be totally random. Here's a summary for Windows:

Mozilla + WMP = Works
Mozilla + Real = Works
Real Browser = Works
IE + WMP = Works
IE + Real = Fails most of the time

This is a little odd because I think the Real browser uses IE on the backend, and it has no problem playing the files.

I've spent several hours trying to figure this out, and even been on the phone, email, and IRC with Real's tech support to no avail. If anyone can shed light only why IE/Real is dead, or can think of a way to make it work, it'd be much appreciated.
