how to get webpage images like alexa has?

I am looking for some software that creates thumb nails of webpages. Is there something for this available to the average webmaster?

any help much appreciated.

Ah, I see. I Dont know of any software that will screen grab thumbs for multiple sites on the fly.

Not much help But: if you have the screenshots and still need to create thumbs then most image editors have a batch processing command that'll do it.
