Photoshop's droplet capability

Does anyone know of a reletivly cheap program that can batch process images like the droplet feature on Photoshop?

Fireworks is cheaper and has batch processing. I am not entirely sure but PS Elements has most of the useful feature that's its more powerful mother has. I have a copy at home - will have a look for you tonight.

A friend uses GIMP - freeware + this : [members.ozemail.com.au...]

I think irfanview (freeware) also has batch processing

Ohhh... Hey, I already have that program but I only use it for my icons. Didn't even think to look at it. Thanks!
