Easy Photoshop Mask

Hi,

I have a pentagon shape 90x90 pixels, I have a 90x90 image, but I only want the image to show up inside the pentagon shape... I thought this would be a simple mask, but for some reason I can't seem to get it to do what I want.

Any help is welcome!

Try selecting the pentagon layer, and drag it to the bottom of the layers list. Have your other layer, above it then do a Ctrl+G.

This will take the image if a blue widget and make it show up only in the Pentagon.

Masks and groups seem to be different in photoshop to other SW I have used.
