message board with text field that automaticaly will show submited tex

can i have a message board with text field that automaticaly will show what people wrote on the message board after submit button in another page .html?

i'll be traveling and wish to have post of me like a diary. so instead of having to write on a blog or something can i have a text shown a html page coming from a text field and a submit button?
