Writing Actions Involving Clipping Paths

I'm stumped!

I am trying to write an action for some images that have clipping paths, some have paths called "Path 1" and some have paths called "Path 2".

Weather it is 1 or 2 I want it to take them both and re-name the path to "Path 1". I can only tell it to do this for one path name and not both. Is there a way I can have it look for both paths 1 and 2 or if it is already "Path 1" just bypass it?
