Is there a way to replace all occurrances of a color in an RGB image? I have a gif with a white background, but I don't have the original PSD. I want to recreate this image in several different colors. Isn't there a way to change the color? I can't figure out how to use image > adjust > replace color for a hex color.

if the graphic is simple:
use the magic wand, make sure that non-contiguous is selected in the tool properties bar.
determine what tolerance you want by typing it in the tool properties bar. a tolerance of zero will select every pixel that has the same value as the initial selection. a higher tolerance will allow for pixels that are close to the initial selection.

Image>Adjustments>Replace Color

Enter the first two digits of your hex number for Hue,
the second two for Saturation
the last two for Lightness.
