Viewing fonts in Fonts Menu

How do I set my PS7 default to see the font as it will appear

OK, I've succeded in installing my Chinese fonts into the PS Fonts' folder.

Now I want to know how to set the Font Menu defaults so that I can see each font name as it would be written in that font style.

At present, all fonts (even the English language fonts) all appear in the menu in one font style.

Even if I could see the English Language fonts in their style that'd be progress. To see the Chinese fonts in thier style, also, would be perfect.

Any clues?
