HI,

When I try to export or preview an image that has been sliced I get an error saying that the image already exists and doesn't render right. I have tried options in the export menu but that didn't work.

Has anyone else had this problem? I am using Fireworks MX 2002.

Thanks,

I have not seen it. Have you found a solution yet?

I can't think of any reason that this would happen. I've never seen it. Have you contacted Macromedia? They are very good with assistance.

I would just try reinstalling it.

Is this an image you have saved sliced exported to the same folder more than once. It seems to be bug where the 'recognition' of old files (that may not exist) in you folders are interupting the preview and export process. Try creating new folders and doing another export of the slices - also I would not include slice or file name as part of you naming convention - in the export options dialogue window.

Doing these things seems to have resolved the problem for me.
