We have been having lot's of trouble configuring Outlook 2000 to embed images from the internet in html messages of an email signature. After loads of trial and error, we discovered that the html settings needed to be set to Base 64 Encoding and have it contain 8-bit characters for it to work on various machines.
Our client has now upgraded to Outlook 2002 and there doesn't seem to be anywhere in Outlook 2002 to create these settings.
Does anybody have any idea as to how we can configure Outlook 2002 to allow base 64 encoding and contain 8-bit characters in order to send images in html emails?
Thanks
