Need Some advice on some Clip art/graphic

Basically this is some clipart of some sort and I am not more than basic in PS. I was trying to create the big thick circle with sharp edges but I don't know the tool to do it and later on add that kind of type (the letters CH) can some one help with that little graphic please, any ideas folks? find the graphic on Thanks!<snip>

there is probably a 'path drawing tool' thats apparent on the left-hand toolbar. there is also an apparent text tool denoted by a letter icon.

You can use the circle tool on the left toolbar to draw your "marching ants". Then use the edit >> stroke command to adjust the thickness and color of the circle's border.

You could probably cut out that CH logo and post it inside your new circle quite easily. I use Macromedia Fireworks when I do something like that. Works quite well.

Thank you all for replying to this thread, I am trying out your ideas although I am not at all conversant with Fireworks. I have used PS 6 before (little bit). Anyways, can some one please advise me on how to fix that Buck head and make those 2 letters (CH)I found a buck head in the web clip art gallery but it is black and white. I tried to crop them from the original but they look horrible and the image turns out wierd. It just does not look good. Again, thank you all.
