I was just offered a fulltime webdesign position with a real estate(home builders) company. Id be in charge of running 2 websites, possibly taking photos of the new homes that are for sale updating the site, etc. This was totally unexpected and im not sure what to tell them as my "Salary Requirments". Ive been a freelance webdesinger for almost 2 years and this is my firt opportunity for a fulltime job.Im excited at the possibility of a steady income with benefits.

what do you guys think i should ask for? Thanks for any advice.

you need to consider what will be required of your skills.
will you be #just# taking /optimising photos's and uploading copy?

or will you be designing, writing scripts, creating databases, writning copy, seo'ing, configuring servers etc etc?

the term 'webmaster' covers abroad range of skills...
