Hi,
i am looking for a PR 4 or more domaoin on any topic. Can any body please let me know a site, where i can myself check the domains that have expired and are available for direct buy as the Rat the rack rate..

You do know that Google drops PR on expired domains, correct? So this would not help you.

Definitely not on domains that were repurchased before they started saying they were doing this. Also, from what I have seen, they are not terribly proficient at catching domains as they expire and zeroing them out before enterprising young webmasters snap them up.

Expired domains lose PR, but transferred domains do not, so you would need to purchase a domain/site that is currently active.
