Best online project manager

Hi, We are developing a number of sites working with customers and I need a fairly simple online project management package that allows me to post tasks and customers to answer etc. I want to be able to have a time line for each sites develpoment.

I had though about a free forum with each projest/site having a catagory, but I think this is too limited. So light on involved functions but good at tracking information and tasks.

I have used IPM (Incyte Project Manager) for a few months now, and I love it. Does everything I need it to ;)
