I have no idea what this service might cost. Any help would be great.

If all you want is for them to do the database structure (basically tables with field assignments) setup it shouldn't be much. I'm assuming that you have a server with MySQL already running on it - or did you want the MySQL installed too?

Depends on where you are. Large city, more dollars. Small city, less dollars but less choice on person and they are a more scarce resource.

Put it up in the commercial exchange forum. I know I'd do it for peanuts, cos I enjoy that stuff ;)

Be wary of people who would do it for peanuts or who assume that you are using MySQL or MS SQL Server right from the start :)
Just my $0.02 from the life experience...

Sorry for the delay in responding.

Yes the server has SQL on it.

I am building an E-Commerce web site and the cart software is purchased and comes with the setup script for the DB. I probably could do this my self but I have zero knowledge of SQl.

I was going to contract it out because i will need a few extra tables made for the DB and then implemented in the cart code (ASP/VBscript).

I will post this in the commercial exchange forum soon.

What's the difference between "SQL" and "MySQL"

Also has any one had any experience with Rent-A-Coder
It looks like a very active site.

Thanks Everyone
