Problems getting email to AOL

For several months I have a had one business customer say he does not receive my emails, unless they are a reply to his mail. I discovered today that I can send him a plain text message and he gets it, I can send him a reply in html and he gets it, but I send him my "normal" html message (has .jpg of company logo in signature), and he doesn't get it (and I get no message that it was not delivered).

Is there something I can do to my html stationary (Outlook Express) to make sure AOL users will receive it? I think all my other business customers receive my html email... but this has got me worried that maybe some others don't.

AOL whitelist [postmaster.info.aol.com].

Check their postmaster guidelines and see if you comply. You can request white list status too. Not simple.
