Does anyone know of a website that has freelance article writers? I finally finished up my home and garden decor and need more original content because I keep getting rejected on ppc and free submits!

Are you looking for free content? Do a search for free content or free articles, as there are several free article databases online. On Yahoo groups, there are also several "Article Announce" groups - one I believe caters to "home and garden" types of articles. Normally you can reprint these articles for free, as long as you include the author's resource box (about 4 lines about the author, his/her business, and URL)

If you are looking to hire a writer for multiple specific articles, you could try eLance. You could also try the Community Exchange here at WebmasterWorld. And several large writing communities have boards where you can post job info for hiring writers.
