In the bid-on-project category, does anyone use Agaveblue.net? I steer clear of Elance because it's for cheap pay and I need a living wage for USA cost of living. Any comments on Agaveblue.net as a leads/project generator?

www.agaveblue.net which comes up in Google with keyword: agaveblue Agave "connecting IT professionals with jobs and employment". The site requires registration. For a membership fee, there is access to bidding on "Projects" such as web design, graphic design ,etc.
