A lot of our Local Web Development Companies stopped executing Local orders and concentrate on Online US based orders.

As a web development company, we too are trying hard to get started but failed to grab any. We dont want to try paid services like elance. Is any other way round? We tried by chatting in a lot of web design chatrooms and also did mass mailing. Bur a I said..... No Result...... Need Guidance...........

Amit , Its very difficult to get US customers directly unless you have contacts ... its better to use elance to get intial projects and try to develop long term relationship with them ( which you can do outside elance saving some money )...

If you cannot even pay elance subscription , maybe you can use other services which charge you only if you get the project

Kindly let me know which all sites provide such services and charge only if we get any project.

Amit, it's VERY unlikely that a US company is going to give a project to someone they meet in a chatroom. One attaction of places like elance is that they offer a feedback and tracking mechanism, an escrow system, etc., so that a buyer can feel relatively comfortable contracting with someone new.
