Looks like they are putting a bounty on catching spammers as well. I see a new niche industry popping up.

Yeah, being from Virginia, this has been in the news pretty frequently.

Most of the major internet backbones run through Northern Virginia, and the unique thing about this law is that the originating spam DOESN'T have to stop or start in Virginia, just pass through one of our networks....

But It cannot prevent spam from all over the world.Right?
So it's a long way to run.
