Selling off targeted traffic...

Hi,

I am thinkking of closing down a website. It gets around 15,000 unique visitors in a month (not counting known bots in my exclusion filter). The traffic, according to my analisys reports, are coming in on my targeted keywords. I tried searching on Google but did not find what I am looking for. I want to keep the domain name open but sell off the targeted traffic.

How would I go about finding a company who would be interested?

1 thing to analyse is are the visitors/surfers looking to buy, or just for FREE information etc.

I had a very popular site which used to get 20-30k uniques per day, however they were all looking for FREE SMS, and in the end I could NOT give the site away.

I think I still own it, and its pointed to a porn site (pays for the car wash every week)

sounds like an affiliate setup would work. you keep the site, direct people to buy over at the merchant's place.
