Where can I search for business partners?

Hi guys

I was wondering if there is a place where I can search for business partners and/or investors to a webpage project?

I have a project I'd love to work on, but I don't have the budget to support it. So rather than making a small-scale sollution myself, I'd like to team up with someone else instead.

Any ideas are most appreciated :)

It's always difficult to tell if a project is worth using time or money on before giving it a try - I know what you mean!

My idea is to make an autoresponder service. I know there are multiple of them already, but I would like to do it cheaper (most sites worth anything are quite expensive) and then combine it with a referal system to let the users do the advertising.

I won't go into details yet, but this is my general idea of it.

What kind of projects have you been involved with?
