I mainly need it for a Radio Station project I'm woking on..

Where can I find US Internet usage and demographics for the US?

Traffic, local vs. world wide, etc.

I have generally found decent information at cyberatlas.com. They have quite a few different sources they gather information from and could have what you are looking for.

Go to Neilson netratings, that has some pretty good demographics of usage on various levels.

Jupiter Media Metrix is also a good source for this information. They have just been acquired by comScore though.
