UK Hosting

Can you help in my search?

I'm looking for a decent hosting company in the UK. It can't be too expensive as it's only going to hold non revenue generating sites (although they do have alot of traffic).

My requirements are:

ASP.net hosting
SQL database hosting
Unlimited/Unmetered Data Transfer
UK Based
Reasonable Uptime

I've been searching for some time and am yet to find someone who fits my needs.

I'm thinking of setting up my own hosting as I have the knowledge and technology, however, I don't have the static IP Address. Does anyone know how I can obtain one. My ADSL company will not.

I would appreciate some recommendations aswell

Having trouble finding a reasonably priced multi domain on seperate IP's solution.
Seem to be plenty in the us.
