Clerical service for submission via AV basic submit

For webmasters and SEOs with large sites and low margins, AV's trusted feed and paid submission are not financially viable options. Having looked around, we can't find a service for submitting URLs in volume via AltaVista's basic submit service.

We're therefore thinking of starting one!

This would essentially be a manual / clerical service - clearly with no warranties as to inclusion or ranking.

Any thoughts you have on the potential value / viability of this service would be really welcome!

My $.02 on this one is that there would not be a heavy demand for this service. SEO firms that submit to AV already have staff for submissions. Other large companies probably have "the new guy" do it. Finally, there are lots of people that do not believe AV submission is worth the price anymore.
