Help planning SEO site and Marketing material without Yahoo logo

Yahoo denies logo use to us.

As a SEO firm we asked for their logo display license on our website.
I still can not believe this. But ok this will push down yahoo offering to our clients. We sent a fax authorization to them seeking their permission to use their logo i.e. yahoo and yahoo search marketing, on our flayer and website. After about 20 days, a yahoo permission agent updated us that they have not granted us to use yahoo logo or yahoo content on our seo service website or for any other material of our company.

We have clearly described our clientele in US and UK and expressed that we would like to push Yahoo along with Google and MSN.

So in this scenario, what would be your marketing material strategies? I believe if we use G and M logo and no Logo for yahoo it will push them back. However if you offer complete SEO services, you can not ignore them.

why not try and qualify as a yahoo accreddited SEM or Company - then the use of logo on your site and literature is authorised (me think)
