Its got to the point, that i am involved with so many sites, that i am losing track off targets.

How, what is the best way to start a database (organisationally) and keep all sites, seperated, as technically they are in the same business arena > industrial manufacturing

I suppose i am asking of the mods and senior members, for a start up plan, as they're is only so much I can hold in my head, and if i don't get it together now, i am going to seriously start over looking important things, either towards my inhouse efforts or external customers interests.

Any help, would be greatly appreciated !

Have you considered taking the "easy way" out and just buying some basic desktop database software, or a contact management program? Either type of software should allow you to enter relevant details for all your clients and then sort them however you wish...

I personally keep contact and site information for my design clients in my Palm address book program, and categorize the records as "private" so I have to enter a password to access any client server info, etc. There are quite a few database programs for the Palm platform, but I haven't tried learning any of them yet...
