One major aspect of my website I have not addressed appropriately is liability insurance. I have read a little about "cyber" insurance on various websites. No doubt I need some sort of all encompassing policy that provides coverage associated with a number of different potential risks, but my chief concern is related to my websites content itself. I am concerned that somehow through my own mistake or someone misinterpreting my writings someone might find reason to sue (it's a health related website).

Specifically what type of policy and coverage would I be looking for related to this? I see the term "errors and omissions" policy. Is this the type of coverage I have described needing?

E & O?

Possibly, but I'd start with a basic all-around policy called a BOP: Business Owner's Policy, then work with your insurance agent to identify what your most important risks are. Not a bad idea to talk to several agents and sort out who knows their stuff.
