Hey Guys,

I'm currently in the process of taking two companies in an "old school" industry digital. I built their websites and have am doing the SEO and online sales for them. However, I plan on putting together some independent sales reps. Basically, I set it up as "additional income" or "income on the side". So far I've got two for more. How do I reach out and get these guys. I'm paying about a 12% commission and all they have to do is make the intial contact. Considering that the average deal usually is between $1000-$5000, I think thats my biggest sell on this. So where do I start?

I had posted some ideas to a somewhat different question but with the same point, finding independent reps.
