A good track record with references to back it up. Expressing a knowledge of analysis should be mentioned with strong emphisis on its importance. Knowledge of various techniques and application of techniques to various platforms. SEO basics may stay the same but the application is what varies. Knowing how to apply those to dynamic site is essential in my book.
