Hi guys,

I just decided to put out atleat three four hours a day and work over a php based accounting system that people can install either online or offline to control their sales and create invoices and reports etc.

i am thinking to provide it under GPL so that anyone can install it and can use it easily,.

i want your ideas, like what kinda accounting system would be an ideal in this case that a wide range of people can use and customize it for them? what features should i give? and how should i move forward on this plan implementation?

can anyone give me a link to the most popular accounting system based on php in market now? and tell me whatever else you think i should know and take under consideration for this venture.
