Classifieds ad software

what features are the most critical

Hello every one!
My company, which is basically, consists of me and my partner, is developing new php classifieds ads software product. Currently we are basically aimed to real estate, and trying to make it customizable enough for agents web sites, MLS and FSBO services. We’re also considering implement it for automobile classifieds.
So I have 2 questions here:
What particular implementation of classifieds software product would be more popular on the market, in your opinion? Is it real estate or automobiles or job borders?
What features are critical in that kind of product for you? Is it powerful classifieds core by it self or some additional features such as membership plans or comfortable content management system?

Well, after observing classifieds software on the net we came to the conclusion that there is no product on the market that includes both powered classifieds features and content management system. Besides, we’re going to include some unique features that are not presented in competitors software. Our basic trend is "all in one package" that webmaster need to create and manage classifieds web site.
