Hi there, was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for hosted DNS? My company currently uses Network Solutions but they had a power issue yesterday and as a result, our traffic got cut in half for a few hours which I need to avoid. I've been looking at <snip> and they seem to have multiple backup DNS servers ( not exactly sure how that would work, but that's a whole 'nother topic:) ), but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a 100% uptime DNS hosted service?

thanks!

I've used EasyDNS before... make sure the nameservers are physically separated (i.e. different datacenters) for best redundancy.

Last time I checked, EasyDNS has five nameservers with failover capability.

When WebmasterWorld was down because of DNS problems, there was an extended and excellent discussion of this on SearchEngineWorld, WW's "sister site," whose DNS wasn't affected....
